Question: SUB 2

Good Evening,

We are an inpatient non psych hospital.

I have a patient that was admitted on 4/10/2021, he was assessed with an AUDIT tool but the sub score which is only (Q2+Q3) have a score of 1. I calculated Q1-Q9 (on my own) its a total score of 2 but the total score was not calculated. Can I accept this as a pass for SUB 2, even if the sub score and total score are different?

As the Audit is not a Joint Commission tool, we cannot comment on it. You would have to refer to the scoring guidelines for the tool that you are using or seek assistance from the source that provided the tool to your organization.
