Operational Processes should be submitted to oryxpms@jointcommission.org – (e.g., vendor contract document review, legal document exchanges, and billing).
Data Quality Processes should be submitted to oryxdq@jointcommission.org – (e.g., vendor-specific data quality issues, noncompliance and audit, quarterly HCO selection report reconciliation, retransmission notifications, data integrity reporting, ORYX work list (OWL) issues, data completeness testing, and (when requested) quarterly follow-up issue results spreadsheet.)
NOTE: ORYX Vendor transmission questions related to PET (e.g., error messages, mismatched outcomes, file processing issues) must be submitted to the Wiki platform using the Chart-based, HCD and PaS Technical and Transmission category. Questions are addressed within a queue and technical staff with the requisite expertise and database access rights will investigate and respond. Staff at other email destinations do not have access to the tools required to investigate and this will delay your response.
