| Notes for Abstraction: |
- Review platelet test results that are associated with the Platelet Event ID selected for abstraction.
- The result must be completed within 24 hours prior to the start of the platelet transfusion event selected for abstraction.
- Platelet function tests could include:
- viscoelastometry (Thromboelastography, Sonoclot), platelet works, or closure time on the PFA-100.
