UTD = Unable to Determine
Note:
- Select the platelet count result that is associated with the Platelet Event ID selected for abstraction.
- An allowable value for a platelet count result should be entered as ‘10’ for a platelet count of 10,000.
- For a platelet count of 5,000, enter “5”.
- The result must be completed within 24 hours prior to the start of the platelet transfusion event selected for abstraction.
