Allowable Values:

Enter the documented time that the first unit of emergency blood was transfused.

HH = Hour (09-23)

MM = Minutes (00-59)

UTD = Uanble to Determine

INSERT CMS/TJC ALIGNED NOTES:

  • Select the first Emergency Transfusion Time assocaited with the Emergency Transfusion and Emergency Transfusion Date if the patient had more than one transfusion administered emergently after hospital arrival.
