| Notes for Abstraction: |
- For abstraction, select either the pre-transfusion hematocrit or the hemoglobin result; both are not required.
- Select the hemoglobin result that is associated with the RBC Event ID selected for abstraction.
- If the hemoglobin result is 9.9 g/dL, enter 9.9.
- The result must be completed within 24 hours prior to the start of the RBC transfusion event selected for abstraction.
