  • Atrial fibrillation
  • Atrial flutter
  • History of any remote episode of documented atrial fibrillation or flutter except within 8 weeks following CABG
  • PAF
  • Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
  • Partial hip arthroplasty
  • Partial hip replacement
  • Persistent atrial fibrillation
  • THR
  • TKR
  • Total hip arthroplasty
  • Total hip replacement
  • Total knee arthroplasty
  • Total knee replacement
  • Treatment of venous thromboembolism

  • Hip fracture
  • History of atrial fibrillation or flutter that terminated within 8 weeks following CABG
  • History of transient and entirely reversible episode of documented atrial fibrillation or flutter due to thyrotoxicosis
  • PAC
  • Paroxysmal atrial tachycardia
  • Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia
  • PAT
  • Premature atrial contraction
