Question: In review of the included population for STK does hospital admission status matter?

Is the statement below intended to mean the admission "status" of the patient, or is it intended to mean, being physically in a bed in the acute care hospital? Are Observation patients included in this population?

Jeni, Observation patients that are not admitted to the hospital for inpatient care are not included in the Stroke Initial Patient Population. The patient must be admitted for inpatient care.
