Question: What do the Data Received (DR) codes mean?

Answer:

DR=1: Data for this measure were received for the reporting time period/year for the health care organization and the number of cases are >0. DR=2: No (denominator) cases for the HCO for the reporting interval. DR=3: No data received from the HCO for the reporting interval. DR=5: Data received from HCO was invalid, e.g., high missing data, and therefore, data could not be analyzed.
