Performance Measurement Network

Question: What does "Contractual Noncompliance" mean on the Performance Measurement Systems' List on the Joint Commission website?

Answer:

Reports are run from quarter to quarter on all ORYX data received from our listed vendors. These reports are run against requirements listed in the "Vendor Requirements for ORYX Listing" document.

The "noncompliance" status on the web typically means the vendor's last quarterly data submission did not meet all the requirements. Vendors are notified of the issues, and these are, in most cases, cleaned up by the vendor with the next quarterly submission.
